We use an exciting Round Robin Format each week (your team will play 5 different teams each night during a 1-1/2 hour time period) for a full 10 weeks. More playing time than other comparable leagues! There will be a mini seeding tournament on the first night to determine initial starting level of the teams. Teams will play in two time slots that rotate (approx. 6:30 to 8 PM and 8 PM to 9:30 PM). For our weeknight leagues, we use a unique dynamic system that moves teams up and teams down between the upper, middle and lower divisions each week based upon the results of the matches that week. All leagues are co-ed with min. of 1 woman, max. of 4 men on the court.
Time of on line registration will hold spot in line but it only will be secured if full payment is postmarked within 24 hours of registration or received by hand delivery or Pay Pal within 48 hours of on line registration time. The team fee is $295.00 (includes sales tax). Mail or hand deliver checks to the locked box anytime to 6724 2nd Ave NW, Seattle, WA 98117 or Checks can also be hand delivered to 500 Union St. Suite 740 in downtown Seattle from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Monday to Friday. You can also pay on line using PayPalby clicking button below. You can now use a credit card or debit card on PayPal at no extra cost to you and you do not need a PayPal account. After hitting "Buy This," just click on "Check Out" instead of "Check Out with PayPal." Please put team name on the memo line on your check or when using PayPal, click on "Add"after "Note to Seller" in the check out process right after it shows your address on the payment confirmation page.
The 10 session Fall season will start on September 25, 2012 and tentatively end on Nov. 27th but may extend as late as December 18th if the league gets bumped for a school function on one of the Tuesday league nights. All Matches will be at Ingraham HS. Season ends with a Tournament for all teams on 10th session. (For delayed starts after Sept. 25th, the season may be extend into December and if shortened a portion of fee will be rebated)

All players must fill out a 2012 on line waiver form prior to participating in their first game in 2012. It is not required to do the waiver again if registered for a previous indoor or outdoor league, open gym or clinic in 2012
No refunds within 2 weeks of the start of the session unless the section you are in is full and there is a team on the wait list that will take your place. (Except payments are fully refundable at all times if there are not enough teams to run the group for which you have registered)
New teams shall send in a check for the full amount.
It will not be deposited until a spot is confirmed available (after Sept 4th) and you have been contacted to verify you still want the spot.
For those teams who have sent in a $50 deposit to be on the wait list for a particular group prior to the opening of registration, the deposit will be forfeited if a spot is offered in their desired group and they no longer can enter a team in that group.
