Spring 2017 - Indoor - Weeknight Leagues

Location will be at Roosevelt High School.

Instead of playing one team a week a match of 2 or 3 games, we use an exciting Round Robin Format each week (your team will play 5 different teams each night during a 1-1/2 hour time period for a full 8 weeks which includes a season ending tournament in which all the teams participate. More playing time than other comparable leagues and less cost per hour of play!

This league is co-ed (min. of 1 woman, max. of 4 men on the court). Our weeknight leagues at Roosevelt H.S. are limited to 12 teams played in two flights with up to 6 teams each. The times are 7:00 to 8:30 PM for first shift and 8:30 to 10 PM which rotates between the upper and lower groups. The results from each week determine whether a team plays in the upper or lower group the following week creating a unique self-seeding competive format.

Time of on line registration will hold spot in line but it only will be secured if full payment is postmarked within 24 hours of registration or received by hand delivery or on-line within 48 hours of on line registration time. The team fee is $432.00 for an 8 session Tues., Wed. or Thurs. league @ Roosevelt HS. (this includes Sales Tax). Mail or hand deliver checks in envelope labeled per below. (you can drop off at the front lobby desk at that address anytime or pay on line by clicking on the "Buy This" button below which will allow you to use a credit card or debit card or "eCheck" on PayPal with no fee to you or you can make a PayPal account transfer. Checks can also be hand delivered to 500 Union St. Suite 740 in downtown Seattle from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday to Friday. Please put team name on the memo line on your check or if using PayPal click on Instructions to Seller and type in team name (or send follow up email).

Returning Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday teams have priority over other returning teams that change nights or all new teams until midnight Tuesday Jan. 31st. The 12 spots on Tuesdays at Roosevelt will be filled with returning teams first in the order registered & paid. The next 8 spots will be offered the overflow Tuesday league at Ingraham (the cost at Ingraham is to be determined but will be lower than at Roosevelt).

All players who have not already done so for the Sunday Leagues or Open gym that began in January, must fill out a NEW 2017 on line waiver form

prior to participating in their first game in 2017.

Refund Policy:

All refunds are subject to a $25 handling fee.

No refunds within 2 weeks of the start of the session unless the section you are in is full and there is a team on the wait list that will take your place. (Except payments are fully refundable at all times if there is not a spot in your first choice group or if there are not enough teams to run the group for which you have registered)

All teams shall send in a check for the full amount at this time. It will not be deposited until the minimum number of teams signed up for the group or until it is confirmed that there is a spot available.

For those teams who have sent in a $50 deposit to be on the wait list for a particular group, the deposit will be forfeited if a spot is offered in their desired group and they no longer can enter a team in that group.

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Roosevelt Leagues will start on 2/28, 3/1 & 3/2
