Adult A/E Volleyball Clinic Registration and Waiver
All participants must individually register on line with the form below.
On-line registration and payment must be received by 9 PM the day before the clinic to receive the discounted pre-registration price. Cost at the door is higher and is subject to availability.

Each of these sessions with experienced Volleyball Instructors will differ and cover (subject to modification - we will try to accomodate the requests of those who register early enough to be included in the instruction plan):

You will receive confirmation stating: "Thank You. Your Registration has been submitted" If you do not receive the "Thank You ...." Message - you are not recorded and registered.
On line registration holds your spot for 24 hours. Payment by check must be postmarked within those 24 hours. You can mail or hand deliver check to locked mailbox at 6724 2nd NW, Seattle 98117 anytime or hand deliver to 500 Union Street Suite 740 in downtown Seattle (M-F 9 AM to 5:30 PM) or pay electronically by clicking the "buy this" button. This will take you to PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account and you can use credit or debit cards and there is no cost to you. We must receive the payment by 9PM the night before the start of the clinic to receive the pre-registered fee. Cost at the door is higher and is subject to space availability.
