Looking for a team to join? Tips for Individuals:

1. Leave a message in the Guest Book on website which acts as a bulletin board for Players looking for a Team to join and Teams looking for a Player for full time or sub.

View Entries for samples and then post a message. If you need to delete your posted message, email us.

2. Send email to [email protected] requesting to be added to individuals email group to get notices of openings

3. Participate in OPEN GYM LEAGUE - This is the easiest way to start playing! Runs from Oct. to May on Sundays 4:30 to 6:30 PM at Ingraham HS. Use Open Gym link above to sign up.

4. Join INDIVIDUALS TEAM If there is an opening for a team in a league, a new team is formed from individuals.

5. Fill out WAIVER FORM (link above) first and then visit league sites and ask if a team needs a fill in.
